Zen Shin Budo Kai is a karate based weapons system renowned primarily for its nunchaku. In this respect it is widely regarded as the world leader in the art.
Founder and Chief Instructor Bob McCormack, 8th Dan, acknowledged by CMAA, AMA, WKO, TBC and the Japanese Sports Council for his achievements in this field, runs a dojo in South London, England.
Anyone interested in furthering their knowledge is very welcome to attend.
